13. Trademark and Brand Usage Agreement

By selling the AI Profit Engine/being an affiliate, I agree not to use "The AI Profit Engine" or "AI Profit Engine" in my domain or main profile name. I understand that using these names in violation of this agreement may revoke my ability to partake of the AI Profit Engine. I acknowledge that AI Profit Engine is a registered DBA under the ReDirect trademark.

AFFILIATE AGREEMENT

Affiliate Agreement

Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Redirect Digital LLC ("Company"), located at 123 Business Avenue, Cheyenne, WY 82001, and the individual or entity agreeing to participate as an affiliate ("Affiliate"). By signing or electronically agreeing to this Agreement, the Affiliate agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

1. Purpose of the Agreement

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms under which the Affiliate will promote and refer customers to the AI Profit Engine ("AIPE") business opportunity offered by Redirect Digital LLC.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

The Affiliate agrees to: Promote AIPE using ethical marketing practices and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Use only approved promotional materials provided or authorized by the Company. Clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with the Company as required by FTC guidelines and other applicable regulations. The Affiliate shall not: Make false or misleading claims about AIPE, including income guarantees or promises of results. Engage in spam, fraudulent, or deceptive practices when promoting AIPE.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn commissions based on the referral and sale of AIPE subscriptions:

AIPE Sales: Each AIPE sale will result in a 50% commission for the Affiliate.

ReDirect Subscriptions:

Fast Start Bonus:

Affiliates will earn a 50% commission on 1st generation referred ReDirect subscriptions during the first 60 days.

Then that 50% switches to 30%

Recurring Monthly Commission:

1st Generation: 30%

2nd Generation: 7%

3rd Generation: 5%

4th Generation: 2%

Commissions will be paid monthly.

To be eligible for commissions,

Affiliates must: Have an active subscription with ReDirect (if applicable).

Maintain compliance with this Agreement and the Company’s policies.

4. Term and Termination

This Agreement will commence on the date the Affiliate agrees to the terms and shall continue until terminated by either party.

The Company may terminate this Agreement immediately if the Affiliate:

Violates any terms of this Agreement.

Engages in unethical or illegal practices.

The Affiliate may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice to the Company.

Upon termination, the Affiliate shall:

Cease all promotion of AIPE.

Forfeit any unpaid commissions if termination is due to a violation of this Agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

The Affiliate is granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Company’s trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting AIPE. All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of the Company. The Affiliate may not modify or create derivative works from any materials provided by the Company without prior written consent.

6. Confidentiality

The Affiliate agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information provided by the Company, including but not limited to commission structures, marketing strategies, and customer data.

7. Independent Contractor Relationship

The Affiliate is an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or partner of the Company. The Affiliate is solely responsible for their own taxes, expenses, and compliance with applicable laws.

8. Indemnification

The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Redirect Digital LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Affiliate’s breach of this Agreement or their promotional activities.

9. No Guarantees

The Company makes no guarantees regarding the Affiliate’s earnings or success. The Affiliate’s results are dependent on their efforts, marketing strategies, and compliance with this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming.

11. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time with written notice to the Affiliate. Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings regarding the subject matter.

Acceptance

By using purchasing AIPE you are agreeing to what is stated on this affiliate agreement, and agree to be bound by its terms.
